Papers of 4-6 printed pages must be in English and must be
formatted according to the Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes in
Artificial Intelligence guidelines. Authors instructions and
style files can be downloaded at
http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html Papers
should include
author names, affiliations, contact information,
and
an abstract of 70-120
words. Papers
will be reviewed by at least two members of the
Workshop Committee. Papers
will be reviewed on the basis of technical quality, originality,
significance, and clarity. All submissions will be handled
electronically. Accepted papers will be published in the
workshop proceedings, as a hardcopy.
In addition publication of
selected papers in a special issue of an ISI indexed journal is
under consideration.
