I work as a researcher and project manager at the Music Technology Group of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra(UPF) in Barcelona. Graduated in Electronic Engineering (URL, Barcelona 2000), I also worked as DSP engineer at Creamware GmbH, (Germany, 2000-03), designing and developing audio effects and virtual synthesizers. Joining later the UPF, I obtained the PhD degree in 2008. As a visiting researcher, I stayed at McGill University (Canada, 2005) and at Northwestern University (USA, 2009).
