I am a 3rd year PhD student in the Department of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTD) at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF). I am a member of the Networking and Communications Research Group (NetCom) since October 2006 under Dra. Dolors Sala. I received the B.S. degree in Industrial Electronics at Escola Universitària Politècnica de Mataró (EUPMt) from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in 2001, and the M.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from Universitat de Barcelona (UB) in 2003.

My research interests are in the area of design of link layer protocols for gigabit Ethernet technologies using Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs).

I teach two courses related to principles of electronics and high frequency electronics and media, in Telematics Science at the UPF Telecommunications Engineering School.
